Glenn Brandt Bio

Glenn Brandt is a singer/songwriter/guitarist who grew up in Wausau, Wisconsin listening to Western music greats such as Roy Rogers and the Sons of the Pioneers.  After moving to Utah, he developed a love for the proverbial cowboy way of life as well as local legends and historical events of the Wild West, which are featured in many of his original compositions.  While living in Utah he also took up the guitar and has been strumming many genres of music ever since.  Glenn is a former member of the Old Time Fiddlers and is currently a member of the WMA.  He enjoys performing and jamming with other musicians at Western poetry gatherings and related events.  One of his favorite places to sing and play guitar, however, is around the campfire surrounded by family and friends.  His hope is to keep traditional Western music alive and have others enjoy it just as much as he does.  [email protected]
